TKⅡ stamping bearing seat
TKⅡ stamping bearing seat is a part of the idler roller. The bearing seat used for the idler roller is a stamped part. The joint with the barrel is not processed. The bearing is directly welded to the barrel. When the bearing seat is not round or the end face is unequal when it is pressed with the cylinder skin during stamping, it is easy to cause different shafts of the bearing seat at both ends after welding with the cylinder skin, resulting in reduced bearing clearance, increased rotation resistance, and inflexible rotation.
