The main features of DTⅡ stamping bearing seat are:

④Using the characteristics of plastic deformation of engineering plastic "nylon alloy", it can realize the production process of the idler steel tube of the idler roller and ensure the consistency of the accuracy of the idler roller manufacturing.
The rollers assembled and produced by the new bearing seat are filled with appropriate grease in the labyrinth sealed cavity, and the water spray and dust proof tests are performed on the simulated enhanced test bench. The performance exceeds the standard and achieves the expected purpose.
