Friction centering roller
The friction self-aligning idler roller has a strong ability to prevent the belt from being damaged and deviated. The friction self-aligning idler adopts standard design and manufacturing technology, which improves the design and manufacture of idler to a high level. The produced idler has small rotation resistance, long life, small maintenance workload and high load capacity. The steel tube is a high frequency welded tube specially used for rollers. The tube is depunctured and the roundness is controlled within a special tolerance range. The shaft is made of cold drawn steel machined to standard tolerances. The bearing seat is made of imported cold-rolled steel sheet after multiple processes. The roller housing and the bearing seat are welded together by an automatic welding robot to form a high-strength overall structure. The roller bearing adopts the large clearance deep groove ball double seal bearing of well-known brands at home and abroad, so that the roller has ideal static and dynamic balance, and its rotation resistance is better than the national standard. The idler seal is specially designed using the characteristics of foreign and domestic labyrinth seals. It is filled with high-speed, high-temperature and ultra-low-temperature lithium-based ester, which effectively prevents the internal erosion of the idler by impurities, water and air.
